Measuring weight loss should be a very easy process, yet the best reqards if it is done properly. Now, there are many ways to measure weight loss, and we basically recommend all of them.
1. Go to doctor to get a full physical so you know what levels you are currently at.
2. Take a picture of yourself the day you start the product.
3. Measure, with tape measure, your arms, waist, abs, thighs, calves, neck. Keep a record of all this information.
4. Every month, do the same as above to monitor your weight loss and make sure there are no problems or reactions to the products causing the weight loss.
